Who We Are
You'll work directly with our psychologist, Dr. Deborah Miller, who has completed hundreds of mental health disability exams from C&P exams for the VA itself, as well as independent exams on behalf of veterans like you looking for fair compensation.
Dr. Miller thoroughly understands how to conduct an exam and provide nexus/DBQ documentation that will address the very specific requirements for VA disability claims.
What We Do
Our psychologist, Dr. Deborah Miller, works directly with veterans to provide high-quality, personalized, thorough independent mental health exams/opinions, DBQs, TDIU letters, and nexus letters for veterans with mental health conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety and more - quickly and often at a much lower cost compared to other providers. You won't find us writing any "boilerplate", generic documents for your case. Dr. Miller will take the time to personally evaluate your case and provide the strongest documents possible.

Our independent exams are thorough and follow VA C&P exam guidelines, providing confirmed diagnoses and evidence for severity rating determination with a DBQ and additional detailed notes about your symptoms.

Our Nexus letters are detailed and rely on a thorough review of your history and records, a thorough review expert research evidence relevant to your specific claim, and a logical, personalized rationale to support each independent opinion we provide.
