Dr. Deborah Miller, PhD, HSPP
Owner, Lead Psychologist
Dr. Miller is the owner and lead psychologist for our team. She began this company after several years of providing C&P examinations on a contract basis for the VA, through companies like LHI and OptumServe. Her goal is to serve veterans through reasonably priced, high quality documents that will help them win their VA disability claims. While not every claim needs independent documentation, she has seen how much having independent exams and nexus letters can influence the outcomes of VA claims.
Dr. Miller handles the initial communication and consultation about your needs, and will help you understand the services we can provide you. Whether you see Dr. Miller or Dr. Frank for your services, she reviews all documents that are prepared for you to ensure they meet high standards of quality that will help your claim be more successful. She is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Indiana and also a tenured professor of psychology. She holds interjurisdictional licenses to practice telehealth through PSYPACT and in Florida. She has a long history of conducting mental health disability exams for the VA as well as independent medical exams and nexus letters directly on behalf of veterans. She finds it deeply rewarding to use her insider knowledge of VA mental health and PTSD disability exams to assist veterans in this often challenging process.
Dr. Frank Bevacqua has been a psychologist since 2012 after completing his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University. His early professional years included extensive experience evaluating severe mental illness in hospital settings. Since 2022, he has focused on utilizing those skills to help Veterans in completing Independent Psychological Evaluations for their VA disability claims. He maintains a full Arizona psychologist license, as well as PSYPACT certification which allows him to work with Veterans through telehealth in the majority of states around the country. He has a passion for helping those who have served our country and is constantly refining his skills to best serve you.
